“Where Will Happiness Strike Next?”

Map Activation Info Tool

Coca-Cola developed a brilliant marketing campaign around delivering happiness. As part of the campaign, vending machines, trucks, convenience store workers and other Coke outlets would spontaneously hand out great unexpected gifts to their customers… multiple, seemingly unending Cokes for the price of a single drink, an 8-foot long sub sandwich, even a surfboard!

In order to communicate the reach and impact of this campaign, they asked us to develop an online “Happiness Map” … a portal where viewers could freely explore the Happiness campaign activations all across the globe. In keeping with their theme of fun and spontaneity, we developed an opening “movie trailer” complete with a custom Coke-themed soundtrack, as well as animated graphics and engaging briefs on the campaign.

The map tool allows viewers to explore the activations by region, complete with links to videos, resources and the latest news in that area.

Brand Vision and Architecture

The client needed an online application with a branded interface, informational videos, and a contextual diagram. Using a custom UI based on their brand guidelines, we deployed an animated, minimalist interface with simple controls, optional captions, variable bandwidth playback and downloadable resources.

Human Resources Virtual Meeting

Updated, Modified Application

Several years after our development of the original sales team Virtual Meeting solution, another division of the same company asked if they could leverage the existing architecture, but modify it for different content and an updated look.

For a fraction of the cost of the original Virtual Meeting, we were able to put together the handful of modules requested, all with an updated 3-D environment and innovative new features, such as multi-presenter “man-on-the-street” style interviews, simulated mobile menus, and expedited transitions between sessions. We also embedded a PowerPoint-based quiz module for greater user engagement.

Customer Sales Analysis Tool

The sales team needed an interactive tool to assess the needs of the customer, and make appropriate recommendations for potential sales opportunities. We built a branded wizard that allowed the customer—with or without an associate present—to take a brief survey in areas that most relate to their needs, and be given a customized report of recommended resources available for purchase. The tool followed the sales team’s “four pillar” strategy, and made recommendations according to their familiar methodology. The solution included informational background on each of the pillars, the ability to explore each recommended solution, with links to more information on the customer site, the ability to print out their report, or save a jpeg for email or later reference.

Sales Team Virtual Meeting

Immersive 3D Live Meeting Replacement

The client needed to achieve the goals of their annual large, live meeting, but with only a fraction of the budget. We developed a cost-effective, online Virtual Meeting that improved quality and consistency of communications and viewer participation. We delivered the entire solution delivered for less than 1/3 the cost of a live meeting. Over 70% of viewers preferred the Virtual Meeting over the live meeting.
